How to reach the Conference premises

The Conference will take place in the Oceanopolis premises, in the harbour city of Brest (France). There are daily more than 10 regular flights (1 hour time) Paris-Brest and Brest-Paris, operated by Air France.
From Brest-Guipavas Airport to Oceanopolis, you may take a taxi. The distance between the Airport and Oceanopolis is approximately 15 km.
Transportation will be organised every morning from the three mentioned hotels to the Oceanopolis, on October 13^th from the Oceanopolis to the town centre (evening) and on October 14^th from the Oceanopolis to the Airport (afternoon).

The Conference attendance fee
The Conference attendance fee will include documentation, refreshments, 2 lunches, 1 Gala dinner, 2 coffee breaks, admission to the presentations and demonstrations areas, transport as mentioned in the section "How to reach the Conference premises" and the visit of the Oceanopolis Marine Science Theme Pack.
Payments should be made in advance. To ensure admission, any invoices issued must be paid before October 1^st. It is regretted that cancellations received after October 1^st 1998 cannot be accepted and will be liable for the full conference fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
