Processing of personal data on internal access protected websites
In the case of ISL access-protected websites, which only affect the partners of separate project pages, the logged-in, registered users (project partners with user account) will collect the following personal data during their stay on these pages:
- User name
- the e-mail address assigned to the account (as requested in the form of the web-site)
- If applicable, the user's affiliation to a specific user group.
Legal basis for the processing of the personal data is in the presence of the consent of the user Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The collection of data serves to enable the use of restricted Internet sites (connection establishment), as well as their purposes of system security, technical administration, the network infrastructure and to optimize the offers. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection.
