SAiL Bremerhaven 2025

From 13 to 17 August 2025, SAiL Bremerhaven will transform the maritime city into a maritime festival. More than 250 large and traditional sailing ships from all over the world will dock to offer a diverse programme of arrival parades, open ship tours, live music and culinary highlights. Every five years, the event attracts hundreds of thousands of guests and makes Bremerhaven the ‘capital of windjammers’.

On Saturday, 16 August 2025, the Institute of Shipping Economics and Logistics (ISL) will be represented on site together with the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven. At our joint stand, we will provide information about current research projects, maritime innovations and practical study programmes. Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to our experts and gain an insight into the modern maritime economy.
