ISL participates at the EO4Port Stakeholders Workshop

The EO4Port Stakeholders Workshop took place in Brussels on November 13, 2024.

Rainer Müller, representing ISL, took part in the workshop and presented insights on adapting to Climate Change from the port’s viewpoint. He also highlighted other challenges of ports in the domain of digitalisation, safety and security. In addition, he joined the panel in order to discuss how Earth Observation services can enhance port operations and support the adaption to Climate Change.

EO4Port “EO4 the port of the future” is an ESA-funded project that investigates the usage of Earth Observation and geoinformatics in the domains of operations, security and environmental sustainability for ports.
